Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and based on a short story by George R.R. Martin, the story centers on a queen who, desperate to fulfill her love, makes a bold move: she sends the powerful and feared witch Gray Alys (Mila Jovovich) into the eerie wilderness of the Lost Lands in search of magical power, where the witch and her guide, the drifter Boyce (Dave Bautista), must outwit and defeat both man and demon.
